Tree Stump

Hi everyone, hope you're all geared up for a fun weekend.
Today I am posting a picture of a tree stump I sketched then went over with watercolour washes to liven it up.

Shetland Pony

Hi Harley here and yesterday I did a picture of a little shetland pony with my new colorsoft pencils from derwent ( that one of my lovely sister's got me for my birthday ;-) )
I used two shades of brown and a black, It was to practice shading but I'm still doing hard lines. Bye happy valentines day hope your having a good time.

cantering foal

Hi Harley here it has been a bit long since the last post but we have been busy doing arts and crafts. The other day I did a picture of a foal that's cantering and I shaded him in for the practice so the lines  go straight from dark to light.Bye x

Spaniel

Hello everyone, hope you're all having a good day.
Today I am posting a picture done using Derwent inktense blocks. My daughter bought me these for christmas and this is the first time I have used them but am quite pleased with the results so shall be using them lots more.

bowl of fruit

Hi Harley here, yesterday we got loads of fruit so I decided to draw some. Its not really a still life because I just drew it from my imagination next time I shall draw the fruit from the bowl as a comparison.

Hi everyone, the snow and ice is clearing here in Durham we now have rain. On the bright side its the sort of weather to stay in and do art.

Beach

Hi Harley here, Today my Mum and me did a picture of a beach in pastels. Although we did it from the same picture and used the same pastels they look quite different.The top picture is mine and the bottom one is my Mums.Bye :-)
